Respond to all customer enquires within two working hours - if your enquiry cannot be dealt with in that time frame we will inform you as to why and provide an estimated update time.
Always be transparent and honest – if we’re unable to do something, we will advise you straight away and, where we can, offer any alternatives. We will never try to sell you a product or service you don’t need.
No hidden costs – all quotations provided will be fully itemised and all inclusive, we will never hide any additional costs.
